There is this sick looking cannon infront of a church i'm near to but I don't know if it is morally correct to hit it..... The cannon is the actual church sign

I wouldn't really give a fuck. The church has done a lot worse than vandalize someones property. Just tell them how many of their priests have raped little boys and they should fuck off.
If there was a sign along the lines of "no skateboarding" (as there is at my church), skiing is clearly different but I'd respect that and not hit it. As a religious person myself though, I'd treat handrails at a church the same as any other public property, whether it's a school, park, etc. I'd personally probably leave signs alone, but I don't see any problem with hitting a church's handrails.
