What is your absolute favorite dish of food

Eating my favorite dish right now had me wondering what NS loves to eat. I could eat a platter of fine dry cured meats with some cheese and warm baguette every day till I die. Fuck greens, amiright?

Phil-X-cured meat is a god damn perfect example of humans evolving past animals in order to preserve raw foods for extended periods of time.


pretty sure like the native americans who didn't have agriculture even knew how to cure meat. that shit was revolutionary maybe in like 15000 BC. Creating all the energy-dense plant foods that I eat is a much better example of humans evolving beyond animals than humans learning to to dry out chunks of meat.

Slow cooked belly of pork, don't have it often but it's so good. Usually just have with roast potatoes, carrots and a gravy.
