Eating my favorite dish right now had me wondering what NS loves to eat. I could eat a platter of fine dry cured meats with some cheese and warm baguette every day till I die. Fuck greens, amiright?

Balik is a bit overpriced (depends wildly on region actually) and according to some sources might even be cultivé, I've enjoyed it numerous times at restaurants and in Swiss F class (must thank a dear friend for that who works for Swiss who can always seem to arrange upgrades) and what sets it apart is of course the absolutly wonderful cut and the taste.
It's very delicate, it's smoked very lightly with little salt, so therefore it's not to everyone's taste but I think it's wonderful, it's very clean and not muddled.

Was just looking at some online, its crazy they even have the smaller portion "Sky Snack". Im assuming this is what was available via first class on swiss air? (actually on a few websites I've seen sa serves various styles of sushi with Balik as well) I generally prefer more of a lox (I know lox=/=smoked) style slice because I find the thinness allows for a more interesting serving options. Nothing can come close to lox on bagel for breakfast.

It was so terrible, I cant believe my father would force me to go on a backpacking and hiking trip with him. How could he?? Now hes even forcing me on a trip to patagonia with him.. I wish he would just buy me an xbox and let me hang out with my friends.

hahaha. well the difference is I legitimately spent like 4 months living in a tent in the middle of nowhere right after that photo was taken. you probably walked on a little hiking trail with your dad and then went back to your cushy hotel afterwards and ate your cured meat like the simpleton you are.
and i've stood on top of every mountain in that photo.
my two favorites that i make are a salmon burrito, I use a big ass fresh made tortilla made by some mexican place near my house, saute up some peppers, onion, sweet potato, kale(or spinach, but kale tastes better cooked IMO) black beans, grill up a good piece of salmon with my little blend of spices, throw some cheese in there, and done. best fucking burrito ever.
My other would be a gnarly ass "elvis" sandwich. good fresh from a bakery wheat/grainy bread is key. cook bacon in a cast iron skillet, season it a little, which also adds some flavor to the bacon grease in the pan, cut up a bananna, fry the pieces in the bacon grease, throw the slices of bread in the pan let them soak up the grease and get a little crispy, put some good peanut butter, or nut butter of choice on both slices, add banana and bacon, and you have the most satisfying sandwich ever. and its healthy, if you use quality ingredients and are a fan of fat, which i am. so awesome after a long day of skiing or long day of any physical activity.

lol... damn bro 4 months in a tent!! When and where can I suck your dick!? The only time during that entire trip we stayed in an actual structure was when our flight landed and for 2 nights in a hostel. We only stayed on an actual camp ground 1 night.
I never even claimed to do major treks out into the wilderness, you just decided to post a random picture of me? but on average we pack out 3-5 nights. We've backpacked in a ton of places and even out into the Sahara (granted we were on camels) You don't know shit about me and especially not my father. He no doubt could kick your weak man of a fathers ass (unless you were just the twin that wasn't supposed to survive or something)
