Has anyone ridden line tc's?

the TC ski is definitely soft as fuck, really playful and buttery but it's a rather slow ski to take off a lot of jumps. Are you looking at the current model or next years model? next years is even softer than this years, softer than the old invader used to be.

Steer clear of the TC and the afterbang. Thats the best advice someone can give you.

i currantly ride the tc and it is soft as hell and super fun and playful. the bases don't hold wax well so they will begin to slow down after about 11 days or so out on the hill (that is in late winter conditions). I highly recommend them they are a fun all mountain ski that i have been able to successfully take to the park, pow, and groomers.

They are generally cheap poorly made skis. I have seen countless complaints about durability issues for one thing, they are not made to last. Neither ski has a sidewall, which makes them very torsionally soft which makes carving very difficult. The Afterbang is especially heavy, and both are terrible all mtn skis. Very soft and fully symmetrical means that they will be trouble anywhere outside of the park. The only case that would make sense to buy these is if you are someone who only hits rails at slow speeds all day. There are far better options out there.
