Hey NS, I am selling my winch...This winter, my friends and I decided to begin this project. After looking at multiple variotions of winchs we came up with a final design that can be found online and in the pictures shown below. It took us about a month or 2, not quite sure, but we were pleased with the initial product. Our first prototype included the typical winch with a torque converter (providing more power), without a brake and Go-kart wheel hubs for the spool. Although, once we used this a couple times, the wheel hubs began to warp. Thus, we used steel ones and replaced it as well as adding a boat throttle to slow down and speed up the pull serving as the new brake. Only thing not shown in picutes is the wakeboard handle.
