Narrative Voice Over at the Beginning of Edits

Well, after watching many vids posted to this forum, a few had a thing that stood out to me.. The narrative voice over at the beginning of an edit with a low calm voice set to "artsy" B-Roll is orgasmic. (Not to be weird or anything.) How do they do it? How do I pull this off?
Asking for some help..

First some people just have a nice narrative voice, you'll need to find someone with that kind of voice. then record with a good mic (even in a little studio type setup if you have access to one). Just that generally should be good, but if not there is some presets in Adobe Audition that could give a more narrative feel to the voice.
