at your weight and with the early rise on both pairs of skis, i wouldn't worry about being able to butter. the al dentes will probably be a little easier to flex but i don't think you'd have a problem on either. whereas filthy riches will intrinsically be more stable on jumps due to the fact that they're a bit more stiff.
concerning edges: if you would like proof, take a look at some of the posts from the on3p guys and from user "Twig" in this thread:

on3p has 2.5mm x 2.5mm edges standard on all their skis.
the al dentes have approximately 2mm x 1.3mm edges according to twig's measurements.
this means that the FR's have 6.25mm^2 of edge, whereas the al dentes have only 2.6mm^2. after watching my buddy rip through his al dentes edges to where they're unusable in under 40 days while i'm at over 120 days on my jeronimos with several cracks but no pullouts, i'd say the numbers do translate to real life.
