TheWingmenthis or a gummy stone preferably. Not sure if it would be bad for the base but you could get all the rust off the skis and then put a little oil or something on the edges to keep them from rusting, then wipe it off next season

will_powderDon't put oil on your bases!!! Just put storage wax on the bases and edge and don't scrape.
Use metal cloth or a gummy stone to gently get the rust off. Or just ski and it'll come off within a few meters.

WskierI find it easier to just wax and push some all over the edges. that way your edges wont rust and your bases wont dry out.
