I was just wondering what the best method you guys have for progression.. As of now i've been slacking for a while and can do basic tricks. 360s, leaps, jumps, drop knee combos ect. But ive seen videos of guys doing HUGE butt/back/chest bounces and I was just wondering what you guys do to build up to that. I tried a butt bounce once and I got taco-ed over the line, it sucked.
