The people running the bag scanners won't know how old the owner of the checked bag is. You are fine. I smuggled bottles of whiskey across the united states and then into europe in my checked bag no questions asked when I was 15 so it is whatever.

As for not declaring things, no one declares what they bring in and out of countries in the first place, you are fine.

However, smoking cigs is fucking retarded and you should quin ASAP.

uhhh, what? yes you can. you can have pretty much damn near anything in checked baggage. just brought a couple bottles of tequila back from Mexico via checked baggage. TSA went through the bags, too, and it was fine.

you can't have more than 3 oz of liquid (per container) in carry on baggage, but there is no restriction in checked baggage.

I'm not a huge fan of cigs, and you are young, but I have my fair share of bad habits and I didn't pick them all up after 18. You should be fine. Everytime I fly domestically or internationally, nothing really gets searched. People bring back bottles underage all the time, tobacco too. A lot of the time if you say nothing to declare, you get to bypass security, where people who do declare things are sometimes more likely to get searched.

They don't give a fuck. I went on a school trip out of country in 8th grade and had a can of chew in my pack and the TSA person took it out and looked at it cuz they had to look thru my bag and then just put it back in and I was like 13.
