I need someone to clear this up for me, when you are doing a an invert with a spin, does the flip count as a 360 rotation? So if you did a misty 5, would it look like a frontflip 180? or is this just a complete misconception..

Yes the invert count as a spin.

A straight frontflip 180 is a barani (spelling pls). Misty is more of an off axis frontflip with a spin. A bio is an off axis spin thrown forward.
