Does anyone know which camp would be best for training to be better in slopestyle and big air type events? I'm focused more on getting better than having fun.

If you haven't read the press release, it's true, Windells and High Cascade have merged!
What does this mean for this summer?
Campers now have access to more snow than any other snowboard or ski summer camp in the world! Windells is adding a 22 foot Superpipe, the only Olympic sized halfpipe in North America during the months of June, July and August, and an additional half mile of lappable fun, creative features.
Windells private park will remain exclusive to Windells campers, staff and invited pros only. High Cascade's main park will remain exclusive to High Cascade campers only. Both High Cascade and Windells (ski and snowboard) campers will have shared access to the lap park and 22 foot Superpipe. It's the same Windells camp experience that you know and love with added bonuses.
Windells for fun, and maybe Momentum for training. Its a bit of a toss up. Only say that because every year Momentum has a really nice true table that looks sick for learning.
