Replying to ABS research

likely a repost...

Anyone know if there is any actually third party research that supports these? While the logic behind how they work sounds good in theory, I'm really curious of if they have ever been officially tested in a peer review style study. In my opinion, allegorical reviews of how they worked in specific aveys does not cut it.

I say this because i was thinking it would be super easy to do a study with dummy bodies while patrol is doing avey control blasting. Dummy bodies with beacons, some with ABS and others with just a (control) weighted backpack, could be placed next to each other. If theres a statistically greater rate of bodes surfacing with ABS in certain conditions... then, hey, it works.
