Thoughts on sandbox helmets

So after watching totally trevor the movie. i checked out sandbox helmets and i think they look alright. Even though i know there not the safest way to go for protection but, should i get one? What do you guys think??

They do a fully certified helmet... So it has to be up to par with any other helmet..

If you like the style and it fits your melon go for it.

Me personally am a big fan of the giro multi impact helmets as far as fit/style goes.

i think most people who wear sandbox helmets look like total tools.

well for one thing, if you're buying a sandbox because of totally trevor you're totally a tool. Get a real helmet, sure those things are "certified" but if you feel the plastic it's made out of it feels like a childs bike helmet, pure garbage.

I used to have one it was alright, personally I prefer the style/fit/comfort of just your everyday helmet.

Ew no. Trevor is the only one who can rock it. Get a normal helmet, smith maze is da bomb

Alright man well thanks for the help, i like the style but the build quality dosent seem up to par. I think im gonna go with the smith holt helmet.

get a maze instead. I used to have a holt and now I have a maze, way lighter and really comfortable. I found mine new for only $45 under there discontinued section
