fondevilaDub flat 7 is easier to get the movement and make the double flip, but thinking about the landing is more comfortable to do a double cork 10, it all depends on how you do both tricks on waterjump or tramp.
fondevilayeah definately it depends on the person, i can do both on waterjumps and tramps, but the double i'm thinking to do first for me is the dub 7. Anyway good luck on your double!!
Espen519Dub eject. its really easy
john18061806If you are actually indifferent, just go for both of them. You got it!
jamiel217In my opinion (I have never done either) I think the kang flip (dub flat 7) would be easier, but very risky as stated before. One of my good friends shattered his colarbone in december from this very trick. However, dub 10 would be an excellent option if you can cork 7 and cork 3 well. If you have the sw rodeo 540 down though I would suggest sw kang flip (sw dub 9) because it's a super easy rotation, you just lay it back and hold it until the second flip comes around. However it's equally as risky as the dub 7. But you got both man, post a vid when you try it! Best of luck
john18061806Hate to repeat my point (maybe just posting again because I'm bored in class) but I'm on the verge of learning dub 10- on a tramp haha. But the point remains the same, I finally learned how to flatten out my corks more so when I try it it's basically a 270 to a true double flatspin 7. Virtually no chance of injury because I never go completely inverted- I barely get my feet over my head twice. Because ily, I say dub 10. Get to Killin my dude!
Logan.EI haven't done either, but i would think a dub 10 would be easier if it was a big jump (easier to land), where a dub flat 7 would be easier to huck, but harder to land.
If I was doing one I would probably do a switch dub 9 though
The_WoatThis. switch dub 9 is a switch rodeo 5 to flat 3. My friend had tried a double with a different rotation before, but could never land it. First try at a switch dub 9, and he stomped it. All you have to do is just throw the switch 5 harder, and it just comes around.
NosebleedI'm not any gaper noob
NosebleedMy season has been great. I've learned so many new tricks, mostly inverted or off-axis. I might do some summer skiing with my dad. I want to huck a double. I think it would be really fun to try a dub misty 9. Though I've never seen one on skis (video?). So I'm probably gonna try a dub misty 9, any tips? (this is a serious question, I'm not any gaper noob who asks for trick tip that I will never even consider to try)
john18061806How can we be sure of this?

john18061806Well, I just tried double cork 10 on my tramp for the first time, got like 1.5 to faceplant. Definitely a little rattled but it was a lot less scary than trying double sideflips.
Mark_DHow I learn is do cork 7 then over spin onto your back and do that like 10 time or more then just keep going. I stomped mone first try after that progression

nick_monteleoneI saw someone do a dub misty in the dumont cup either this year or last year. It looked pretty hard. I would say for your first double do a dub flat 7 unless you are really comfortable with mistys. If you try a double misty its basically like a sideflip with a 90 degree turn to another sideflip with a 90 degree turn. Good luck dude!
Mark_DOn tramp?

nick_monteleoneCan you double misty on a tramp well? If a double sideflip is more scary than double cork on the tramp then i dont know if a double misty would be the right first double. A double sideflip is a lot like a double misty on the tramp so a double misty might be scary.
