Chronic or AlDente? in that order?

but seriously all kidding aside

Im about 5'9, 160lbs and have been skiing park on the K2 Recoil 179cm this season and have really liked them but i want a more buttery ski to add to my quiver.
I love the 179 in the recoil and understand that K2 measures their skis longer then others, thus I have been looking at either:

185 Line Chronic
or
188 Al Dente

I am a pretty aggressive skier and these skis will be a 100% park ski PERIOD
I have seen both skis in the shop's and I like the flex of both skis, I am however concerned with how thin the edges on the AlDentes look and the tip only rocker.
Any aggressive skiers who have skied either of these skis that would have some good input would be greatly appreciated!

Only 6 months till next season!

Yeah that seems a little long, but whatever you like I guess!

And I would go with the Al Dentes but it depends on your preference. The Al Dentes are a little wider and a little more flexible so if you like your skis skinnier, the Chronics are probably your skis. If you like buttery goodness, the Al Dentes are probably your skis

I like my 179 Recoils and they are similar to about a 184 by any other company

179 recoils are 1/2 inch shorter then a 185 line ski

based on your height/weight I wouldn't recommend the 188 Al Dentes unless you're using them to charge big lines which you shouldn't be doing on those skis anyway.

Go with the 178. It'll be more playful and easy to manage in the parks/trees/jibs

I would say the Line chronic. Armadas are good but alot more money for a ski thats gonna be destroyed eventually.
Deftly go 185 or 188. K2 are always bigger than printed, line is smaller.
