during weekdays (aka when i have responsibilities) 2-3 in the evening is normal (get nicer ones though). weekends anything is fair game. just dont over do it all the time. having a lot one night is fine, just not every night

Depends, recent studies suggest no more than 2 per day, and no you can't save all 14 beers for one wild Saturday night.

However I stick to the following rule of thumb:

"I'll drink however the fuck much I feel like whenever the fuck I want"

Which isn't very much these days.

I like to have a few drinks before going to bed at night. It's like warm milk, puts me to sleep. Weekends are another story tho.

But I also have an extremely addictive personality so take that how you want haha

it puts you to sleep pretty well but when you are asleep alcohol inhibits your body's ability to achieve REM sleep which is the deep sleep so you don't feel quite as well rested if you go to bed with alcohol in your system.

I drink 'too much'. According to health canada me and most of my friends are alcoholics.

If I gotta work in the morning I'll try to keep it to 4 to 6 beers in the evening. There's probably two days a week on average I don't drink any booze.

It's sunny out right now, 4pm and I just finishedy chores for the day and came home with a case. I think in gonna go drink out in my yard with my lady until it's time to fire up the BBQ.

Oh probably does need to stop.
I'm just referring to it in the way that if you were to go to a pub/restaurant/bar, your domestic beers (in Canada) would be Budweiser, Pilsner, Molson, Coors, Coors Light, and Bud Light.
Then Premium would be Keith's, Sleemans, etc.

I know there's a ton of good home made Mercian brews out there.
If I were to drink at home though in a casual sense, I'd want to be trying small brews, seasonals, quality imports like Innus & Gun, etc.
Stuff I don't have a ton.

There's such a selection out there now though, I can go probably a few months before I run out of new beers to try.
