They're a little big but idk if they will be too big of a problem. You'll probably end up losing them from landing switch a little sooner than later tho.
At most you should only ever get a break equal or 15mm greater than your ski width. Your break will drag along the snow when carving along with catching on boxes and rails. You can always just buy new breaks. They're really not that expensive.
Way too big. Sure, they could work if they absolutely had to, but you should be looking in the 80-85mm range. Any good ski tech will have no issue bending a brake that's a few mm narrower than the waist. You could get by with 90s if you had to, but go for something 80-85 if possible.
