Why would you gift someone a $60 game for $30? I don't think you can send games you own on steam to someone else.

Well thanks for hooking the NS community up I guess. still seems sketch as fuck since you probably aren't supposed to abuse that power, or its illegal. No hard feelings, but I think I'll pass and just get rust from steam for $8 more.
