I am 181cm, 18 years old and 83kg (bodybuilder nomsayin). This ski vacation I did backflips and 360's with rented armada 182cm alpha ones's, and I which to take it to a further level, buy a tramp and go to the indoor park.
You would be fine on them but are they really what you want? It spins like you want to develop your park riding and for that I would recommend a more park orientated ski. But if you want some all mnt performance and park is not a top priority then the al dente or arv ti could be great options.
The length should be fine if you want them as an all mountain ski. If you are only going to be using them in park, maybe a little shorter? Not sure, I don't ski park. It also depends on your skiing style. If you ski tight trees and bumps a lot you're better off with ~180 but if you like going fast, charging hard, cliffs and pow fields, then the 188s would be a perfect length. I'll leave park-specific recommendations to others.
The question is whether you want stiffer skis or flexier skis? With stiffer skis you will have a stronger pop, more control going fast and they will likely be more durable. With softer skis they are more fun to mess around on, better for butters and will be worse at high speeds.
The al dente is a great ski though, I got it this season and have loved every day on it, and I am progressing in the park near to your level :)
They make ar7 an thalls in 181 an the halo and alpha in 182. The thing with th al dente is it ha to be skied long which makes them ideal as an all mnt job ski but less then ideal as a full on park ski. I think you woul have much more fun on a thall or maybe a halo.
