2013-2014 Aces of Spades Chipping problems

I have a problem with my ace of spades chipping without much force like if my skis hit together at all the top sheet chips. I have heard other people say these skis are bomb proof but mine are fragile. Does anyone else with 2013 or 2014 Ace of Spades skis have this problem?

Any pair of skis will chip easily if you cross them at all. Park skis will especially get beat to shit. My buddy has a pair from 2011 that he bought used and they hardly have any chips because he's conscious of his skis not crossing. Chipping really doesn't matter to the integrity of the skis. It only matters if you want to sell them. Personally I'd say that if they're chipping then just focus on keeping your skis from crossing or having a wider stance while skiing.
