Just listened to some Sum 41 for no reason and remembered how much better that movement was than EDM.


Just through on some yellowcard(Don't that's my jam) and might even wonder back to some NFG to finish off the night.


Anybody else miss pop punk bands?

All Time Low was my favorite band by far when I was growing up. The show is on 4/20 out here and I'm stoked to see them again. Let me know if you make it out!

Word word. Just realized its the same weekend as the disco biscuits in philly. I'm probably going to head east for that weekend. Otherwise I'd def go. Never seen them before.

I saw them for the first time when I was 11 or 12 (now I'm 22) and they KILL it. Those guys put on such a show.

Anyway, bought my tickets for the ATL show and the Knuckle Puck/Boston Manor/Hot Mulligan show today. I'm fucking stoked.

Ive been stranded in Indiana with a broken car for a week. Right now I'm drinking liquor,smoking a blunt, playing shit music, and towing the dang car out of this state in the am.


A lot of warped tour type lineups at fests this year but Im gone till late Oct.

dang, here to bump this thread bc it's a freakin nightmare to find whenever I want to post in it.

anyway – if you guys haven't checked out The Menzingers yet, they're a sick band with a sweet, raw sound.

other thing to note is All Time Low re-recorded Nothing Personal ten years after the album originally came out and it's going to be available everywhere November 8th. I'm too excited!

also, I'm swapping my skis for surfboards this year bc I'm living in Mexico so send me any and all bands to jam to on my bike rides to the beach.

Always stoked to see this thread pop up, and really enjoying the pop-punk revival. The vast majority of the OG pop-punk movement have released new material in the last 18 months or so!

The Menzingers new album is great. Also a fan of the new Blink album. Not sure if it's a popular opinion but the last two albums have been better than anything post-TOYPAJ for me. Bad Religion's Age Of Unreason is really good too, and the new singles Anti-Flag have been releasing have been hitting the mark for me. Lots to be stoked on!

Ugh, Blink. Nine surprised me. BIOMY and Happy Days had me nervous about how the album might sound but overall I think it is pretty good. Skiba is so talented lyrically. I still miss Tom. Very very happy with the new AVA stuff though.

Doesn’t really fit the pop part, but I recently got to see Rancid and Pennywise. I’ve seen Rancid, but Pennywise was on the list of bands I always wanted to see. I can tell I’m getting older cause my body hurts for a few days after a concert now.

Fuck yeah!!! Both sick bands. Actually never seen either. I think both and a fuck ton of other bands were on a rock fest lineup in sac the last 2 years or one year. But it was a week before i got back from australia.
