Tripod Video and Photography Head in one?

I'm looking to buy a new tripod head for video and photography. Might sound like a dumb question, but do you typically use the same head for both, or buy separate tripod heads for each? Any recommendations would be much appreciated. Budget is around $200. Currently looking at the Manfrotto 502HD Pro Video Head.
Much Thanks! +K

I just got the manfrotto 502 tripod. Fluid head is great for filming and it locks in place for your photography

I'd buy two heads for each if i were you. photo heads can get super light, while big heavy duty video heads are far from easy to haul in comparison.
for example, my video head weighs something like 3 lbs. A small ball head for photography could weigh something like 1/6th of that.
