Its a duplex, right in front of Westminster college. It has two nice upstairs bedrooms, wood floors, and downstairs it has a large carpeted room that my other roomate will be living in. We are all skiers and snowboarders, so it wouldn't be weird. We have alot of homies traveling that stop by and crash on couches etc. But it will probably just be you and my other roomate living there for the summer. Its a college house, not luxurious but its a good spot. Close to 1-80 to the mountains. Let me know any more questions i am really trying to get this room subletted so I dont have to pay rent while im not living there.
