Are Line skis measured like K2 skis?

I searchbarred but only found one thread that still didn't answer my question.
K2 measures their skis based on the "effective edge" I believe. So does Line measure the same way since they're part of K2?

I think line measure the base surface, it's not like k2. FOr instance a Coomback 167 is longer than a Prophet 98 when measured tip to tail. My prophet 172cm measure around 170cm tip to tail. Line skis are shorter than the stated length which is the opposite from k2 which are longer than the stated length when you consider the tip to tail length.

No, K2's run 4-6cm longer than every other manufacturer, even Line even though they are owned by the same company.
The ownership doesn't usually change very much with the traditions and daily operations of the brand
All times are Eastern (-5)
