House: 4bd 3bath. Would be renting the downstairs bedroom or the upstairs room (your choice). Decent sized home at 1800sq feet. Full basement, shed, and garage. With the little side on of a tree-house
Location: Prime, right in the heart of Sugarhouse, two blocks from Westminster about a 10 min drive to the U. Easy to get to PC in 20 mins.
Roommates: Technically their would be three other guys (20-23) - but one is gone all summer being a rafting guide. We all ski except for one. Very outgoing fellas. We are into outdoor activities, hiking, fishing, camping, photography, music, and heavy emphasis on EDM music. Other roommates DJ on the side so expect a lot of music. Very fun house not a rager of place but we do our fair share of partying and going to concerts.
Cost: 385 a month + utlites. Which range between 35-65 depending on the month (winter is worse summer is easy). Deposit may be required (TBD)
Lease: 2 Month sub lease (til the end of June) then the option to resign in June for another 6 months.
Pets: none allowed due to allergies and landlord.
