Misty 450 out

I would also like to know this. However I want to know if I could get it easier off of a very high,long and abrupt (no homo), donkey dick.

If you are comfortable with the misty 5 on jumps, a misty 450 out should not be any problem. So if you can do the misty 540 on jumps, my best advice is to man up and try it! You will land it easily :D

a misty out of a rail is not really the same as a misty off a jump.

its more or less a dip of the shoulder as you pop off the rail, with a slight turn that gets you to land switch. Donkey dicks are definitely ideal for throwing them, but you want it to be upward sloping to make it possible. I did one of a flat-up donkey and got it, but recently tried one off a typical down-flat donkey and deemed it nearly physically impossible, and it had a 5ish foot drop off.

the most important part is not slipping on the rail, which can happen pretty easily if you try to apply too much pressure to really huck the flip. a cannon box or an up rail would probably be the best bet because you can just go in really fast, basically tap the rail, and huck the flip to your feet.

Bump. Also curious about throwing these, anything special you need to do to set/throw? I'm left foot forward naturally

super fun trick, definitely not as hard as theyre made out to be, if you have sufficient air time and commit well you will be fine. practice on a tramp starting sideways as if you were on a rail to make sure you have the rotation right in your head
