It seems so simple but I can't switch up that fast. Any tips for switching up faster?

Either find a longer rail so you have more time or spin faster. Practice doing front swaps to switch and after you get comfortable with it, you'll find that the back 270 comes around easily

i spin left, and i slide right foot forward

i found that it was easier to learn by starting it unnatural (start sliding left foot forward), then swapping to natural. it was easier to lock back in to the rail natural so that i could get the 270 out

also dont spin 90 to get in, spin 80 ish. this allows you to apply pressure on your front foot to be able to pretzel(i call it pretzel, not sure if im using it correctly or not) to do the switch up faster. this way you can start the switch up almost immiediatly upon landing on the rail

To switch up faster I find its helps when ur hopping on the rail to land in pretz u can almost front swap right away
