Done. There was one question though that I didn't really know how to answer; the one asking to rate the gopro salesperson or whatever based on 3 categories, I just put average for all of them since I didn't even speak to any salesperson, I bought it from the gopro website.

Done. Working at a ski shop, I definitely answered the questions according to my personal experience. I have to know about all the features of all the GoPros in order to sell them. It definitely helps that I have a GoPro, know a good amount about cameras in general, and like the product. Should there be GoPro reps that work in every shop? No. But GoPro should definitely do some educational training to help sales people sell the product.

I'm actually surprised they aren't doing this. I dunno though, seems like gopro's have probably been selling themselves up to this point
