This is my video submission for the Sennheiser Backcountry Picnic Backcountry Freeride competition.
My video is mainly about the one epic line I sent on the only good weather day of the event. I set a track up a mountain with my sled, then got doubled up 1000 vertical feet, and then spent the next 4 hours on a solo boot pack through extreme avalanche terrain, which forced me to eventually spend most of my time scrambling and free climbing over exposure to avoid the large south facing start zones. After more than a mile of ridiculous terrain I made it to my launch zone with a small window of sunlight to do my run. I hurried and launched into some pretty serious headwind and had the line of my life.
There is a few other ski shots from weather days and a little pow riding in the sunlight by other riders to fill out the 3 minutes.
Starting April 1st 2014 I will be needing your votes at:

Vote for: Ryan Nadeau
There is some prize money on the line that I would like to put towards a new wing or a new lens for my filming setup. So all your votes are very much appreciated!
Hope you all enjoy the video!
