Drug Test

Hey NS,

I have a drug test coming up on Wednesday for an internship and I found out on Friday. It's a pretty typical urine test. Problem is I pretty regularly smoke pot, and the last time I smoked was Thursday night... I also took acid, but I was told that won't show up unless they do a very expensive LSD test, which costs hundreds of dollars.
I am drinking about 6 bottles of water per day, working out hard with a sweatshirt on, taking Niacin twice a day (500 mg flush free capsules), drinking cranberry and grapefruit juice (not cocktail), and eating jello (apparently fruit pectin helps). I was told not to work out the day before the test as to not continue the release of THC.
Does anyone have any more advice based on experience that would clear my system in time? Using someone else's urine is not an option, and I am running quite low on money.
Any good advice would be much appreciated!

curiously what is the reason for you drinking cranberry juice? How is that supposed to remove thc from your fat? Whats the difference between that and coffee?

do you know why niacin is supposed to work?

Basically youre gonna test positive, especially if you actually are a chick. Dont do drugs. What state are you from and what is the internship for? More than likely the employer wont care if its just weed. they wont be stoked on blow, h, or meth.

Unless they are doing an expensive drug test, you're good on the acid. As for the weed, I passed a CVS brand pot test by doing all the things you listed, mostly chugging enough water until my piss was almost 100% H20. I've never had THC in my system when going to take a drug test for a job, but there was this one time I had taken shrooms a few days before a drug test (unknowingly) and the psilocybin never showed up on the results. My friend basically did everything you said before a drug test but she only had 3 days to detox. She tested negative for weed. Idk how it works but it seems like you're doing everything you possibly can. Don't shave your head. They would get really suspicious about that and can take hair from your arms, legs, etc.

eat as many poppy seed bagels as you can in the 24 hours before the test, something to with wheat and poppy seeds cancel out the thc. My friend who is a chemist told me it is the must sure fire way to pass the test

My sister got hair and blood for her internship, she passed obviously because she doesnt do any drugs, just wanted to warn you it's a possibility.

That was uncalled for. If she wants to smoke weed then that's her choice whether you think it's right or wrong isn't gonna change it. Maybe she thinks it's a problem maybe she doesn't see a problem in it but that isn't for you to determine.

Wah wahhh.


All I know is I've passed drug tests and I have smokes up to a week before tests and I'm no where near as skinny as her. I don't know why or if cranberry juice helps or works but it did for myself and people I have known. Just sharing my experience.

About the drug test, everything you are doing is sweet as. Day of the test take 1000 mg vitamin c to make your piss more yellow. Always go mid stream.

I would stop taking the Niacin a few days before and don't take too much of it cus it can be pretty harsh on your body I think. Good luck, I'd generally say any job that drug tests at hiring isn't worth taking but you do what you gotta do.

FWIW cranberry juice does nothing. its a diuretic- same as coffee.

Women have waaaaaay more fat on them(T&A) so it takes longer for them to get clean. For example: Women bodybuilders will get down to around 12% BF which is basically as low as they can go. the chicks you see in magazines are around 20%. Male BBers get down to 4% and the fitness bros in magazines are around 7-8%.

the theory behind niacin is that it dialates all the blood vessels in your body(thats why people get flush and hot) including the small ones running through fatty flesh. This theoretically allows for a more efficient removal and excrement of old fatty tissue.

The vast majority of detox drinks are simply bvitamins, caffeine, niacin, and carbs mixed up in a lot of liquid. Dont bother with them.

OP: all you can do for right now is take niacin(available at your drugstore), exercise and dont eat much. 36 hours before hand up until the moment of the test, eat like there is no tomorrow. You dont want your body to be burning any of your fat as energy(thus releasing THC into your system), so you need to keep a constant stream of calories going in. Im talking candy, chips, sandwhiches etc...at all times.also stop the niacin at this point.

24 hours before start taking 5grams of creatine every 6 hours. this is one of the things they will test in your urine to ensure that it is not too diluted. too diluted = failed test. cratine is cheap and can be bought at your local drugstore.

6 hours before start drinking water. not enough so that you are peeing every 20 mionutes, but makes sure you are a little overhydrated.

2-3 hours before take a good multivitamin that has a lot of b vitamins in it. the bvitamins will color your sample yellow so it wont look diluted and immidiatley be failed. Test out the timing of the multivitamin a few days beofore so that you know how long before you need to take it to have it color your pee.

When you pee, take the sample from the middle of the stream- not the beginning, not the end.. the evidence that this works is dubious, but hey why not try it, right?

there are different test that have different pass/fail ratios, and different tamper indicators. Generally basic govt and drugstore tests are easy to get around. Always good to be overprepared in a situation like this, right?
