Replying to Ski hill employee jerks

So a guy that is staff on my hill is probably one of the meanest people i've ever met in my life, He complete disregards anything you say in defense when he yells at you, he abuses his power and acts as if he owns the hill and threatens people by removal of pass for some of the most stupid things, even one of the managers at the hill tells people to not listen to him for almost anything he says, He should be fired or something.. Does anyone else have troubles with bad staff?
