Skis for next year

Hey i guess i'm just going through withdraws not skiing and all so i think i need new skis. Im not really sure about what ski would be the best for me. I'm am about 60% rails 40% jumps. I want something that is on the softer side but not a noodle. Well i would go with a soft ski that could handle jumps. I am 5'7" so a ski around 170-175. weight about 170 as well. I'm hard as shit on skis so something that is durable would be nice. I'm sure i forgot something so just ask me. one more thing i am on scott tw jibs and they are lil to stiff for my liking.

bindings
I was thinking pivots but i don't know if i really need that much binding I'm currently on marker griffons.


ski i had in mind:
k2 recoil
armada al dente
faction candide
volkl wall or ledge

Ive had the al dentes and they're really great skis but they are some noodles. K2 tends to make really cheap, unreliable skis and overprice them. If i were you I would demo some skis man.

how do they handle on jumps? i was also checkin out j skis they seem like a sick brand. Im pretty hard on skis so after looking at j skis i think they are probably the best bet. What do you have for bindings?

Ok did some research and I think i have narrowed it down to two ski's i was not even considering before.

ON3P FR's or J skis
From what I found out i think these will fit my riding style the best. I hit mostly rails but want to start hitting more jumps. Like to butter, tail and nose.


durability-has always been a huge issues with me.

I have had salomon suspects and scott jibs and jib tw.

So can anyone tell me more information about these? as far as rocker and what not im do not know much about this stuff.

when i was riding the dentes there was one time where i went backseat of a 50 footer and butter my tail out. the skis literally flexed so far back that i hit my head on the hardass snow. I know a guy with some j's and he loves them. as far as bindings go GET MARKER especially if your gonna be doing butters. those other cheap bindings with pop out on butters.

Both of these statements are completely false. K2 makes arguably the most durable ski for the price, and markers are much cheaper compared to other bindings. The best freeskiing bindings are Look Pivots (durability/elasticity), Salomon STH (durability/customization), and Tyrolia Attacks (ease of use/value). But he was right about demoing skis. There are hundreds of sick park skis, find which one is right for you. I would steer away from the wall though, it sounds very different form what you want.

i agree k2 make bomb proof skis for the money.
