four are confirmed dead, including the shooter, possibility of another shooter hiding on base

They are now clearing the base which has been on lockdown since it first started

Even seeing some speculation about this possibly being linked to a report about someone planning an attack that was news yesterday

Shit man. One of my buddies from hs is stationed there and posted on fb 2 hours ago "anyone stationed at Ft. Hood. If you are off post. STAY OFF POST. There are tons of gunshots."

So how do you propose this could of been avoided? Fully search every vehicle that enters base? Why not search everyone that enters the mall then? Yes, gun free zone. However, wtf mate?

It can't be avoided in any practical way. If someone who's supposed to be on our side can't be trusted, what the fuck are you supposed to do? Crazy people are the problem and I don't know the solution.
