Videos are basically unwatchable for me.

Recently I cant watch any videos on ns. They buffer painfully slow and stop to load every 2-5 seconds. I can watch youtube and vimeo fine at 1080 but i cant even watch ns with hd turned off. Advice? This is a huge pain in the ass.
