Glidecam will give a better result than Opteka if used properly, Opteka products are good for the price but don't expect any miracles. You'll have to shoot with it for a bit then find how to get clean and stable shots (maybe sometimes you'll have to clean the shots with a 5% warp stabiliser).
Wrong. If perfectly balance, both will perform the same. What you're paying for in a glide cam is ease of balance, and build quality. I've seen some really good results come from both.
Didn't express myself correctly here I guess haha, but what I meant is after your first shooting with it you might still need to adjust the balancing (since the perfect balancing do is really difficult to get if you check any reviews), and first tests with a not totally well balanced system might need warp stabiliser sometimes. I know personnally I wouldn't expect awesome results for the first time trying it.
