Very true, just think about how busy a ski company is going to be at this time of year right now. The season is still going on, meanwhile they've got to get everything lined up with athletes and dealers for the southern hemisphere season. On top of all that, they need to start think ahead for the 14/15 northern hemisphere season, that means handling dealers and suppliers.
So perhaps take it back to the shop you got them from and see what they can do for you, just out of courtesy though, you should probably mention that you have already contacted Armada and made a warranty claim.
