Will I get my license taken away?

Ok the start this story out I am already going to say I know I am stupid and fucked up. I was at this state park near my house today to play disc golf. I was having a great day untill I went to leave. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour, me not paying attention, am going 42... A cop pulled me over and wrote me a sitation. I have only had my license for a month in four days. Do you think my license gone and if so for how long. I am in Ohio if that makes a difference.

No one cares but I didn't loose my license and only have to take a 2 day class that cost $60. No points on my license, no fines, and no court cost

If you had to ask my honest opinion I'd say you wont lose your license just pay a fat ticket, but thats how things would go in my state and county. Every area is different.

If a probationary driver license holder under the age of 17 is convicted of having committed one moving violation during the first six months of having a driver license, the person must be accompanied by a parent or guardian whenever operating a motor vehicle during the six-month period commencing on the date on which the person is convicted of or pleads guilty to the moving violation or until the person attains the age of 17.



A probationary license or "intermediate" license is what they call it when you first get your license and you have restrictions like driving with friends in the car, not driving at certain times etc..
