Iron Cross:
1- pop
2- point toes towards each other
3-hold until coming down from highest point, then uncross
4- land
Mute grab
1-pop
2-cross skis and bring knees to chest
3-grab left ski with right hand or vice versa just in front of the binding
4-if you want to tweak the grab, pull on the ski with your hand, it will also help keep you more stable in the air
5-let go of the grab and uncross all your shit and land
