I have the yles and they are pretty cool. They carve super well and I found they charge really well but my other skis are moment ghost chants so I have not really used very many actually chargey skis. I have found them to work better as all mountain chargers than powder skis. They are not all that surfy and do not have all that great float.
Have not ridden the Sammys but I did ski a wide APO ski quite a while back, forget which model, because I lost one of my skis :( and I thought they were pretty damn good. They worked well on the groomers and provided me float and tail support at all times. I'm sure they have improved since then and the Sammys are probably a great playful pow ski.
You gotta be careful with the YLEs though. They are fully symmetrical, which is not very normal for a pow ski. If you plan on skiing switch as much as forwards, then they are great. But if not, you are going to find that they are not well suiting for directional performance, especially on variable conditions and hardpack. They are a great pair of skis though. 4FRNT uses quality materials in their pow skis, and if they fit the bill, then go for it.
