Egg Drop Art Project

Alright NS. I have to do an egg drop project for art. Its gonna be about 3 stories. The post thats semi-legitimate for saving my egg and with the most upvotes wins. Post pics and ideas

put it in a holder tied to the back of a chicken. the chicken should be able to fly just enough to get it to the ground safely.

tape it to the back of a cat, they always land on their feet, so your egg will be fine

They had cotton and fabric back then. Wrap it in a shit ton of fabric. Leave air gaps by crumpling up some fabric and wadding in cotton in different spots then sewing an outer cocoon. Also the bigger you make it while keeping it light the more wind resistance.

you could also make a parachute for the egg with minimal fabric wrappings around the egg. itll slow it enough for no damage and may get you points for creativity/style

that makes even less sense, at least in university it might be a mandatory science class as a part of an arts degree

Its an intro to art class at uni for my fine arts credit. I actually dont know what the point is. We can only use techniques/materials from the 16th century and we have to drop an egg from over 3 stories and 75% is on aesthetics and the rest on survival.

the way people used to secure their stuff on ships is by melting butter around it.

just find a crate of appropriate volume, seal, put in layer of butter, egg, fill with molten butter, fridge. done.
