It's honestly very easy, at least much easier than nose butter for me. What I do is approach switch, then, when I'm ready to do the trick, I stand up (pop) and throw my shoulders/hips kind of up, back, and to the direction I want to spin. I make sure that my butt drops at around 45º and keep leaning further back onto my tails as I approach 180º, then at 180 I take the pressure built up on my tails and push it with my legs, like a springboard almost, while looking the direction I am spinning and keeping my shoulders and hips rotating as well.
