How tall is too tall

I am looking to buy a NS O'Neill jacket and it is made to fit tall. But how tall is too tall. Right now it goes below mid thigh but not to my knees. Is that to long of a jacket? (No I don't want steeze to my knees)

I go right above the knees, 3XLT is what i usally buy and its steezy and im 5 foot 11".
