This was my first year skiing, and I progressed a lot nearly every time I went, except the last time. The only new thing I learned was a critical and I kept falling
There's always tomorrow to try again. Don't frustrate yourself by continuing to try something that isn't working at that time. just enjoy yourself while you can and try again then next day
Just get out of the park and crank some turns around the mountain if things aren't going your way.
So much of skiing is about confidence and the mental game and if you start getting rattled, it will snowball. Go do some things to get your confidence back and most importantly, have fun with it!
Just do something to boost your confidence on skis again. If I can't land anything new, I try something I know I can stomp. Floaty 1s on the jump line always help me get my head together again.
When I have those days I like to take a break, get some turns, then return to the park and do some fun little easy tricks, like butters. You'll be more relaxed, you forget about your issues, start having some more fun. I find when I try stuff again I have more success
