So I was trying to go cork 9 today and I was getting my rotation around completely, but I kept landing a little over to my side so I would slip out. What can I change about how I set my rotation so I land more upright?

I had the same problem, from my experience it's thinking about spinning the 9 around rather than corking which made it hard to "uncork" . It may not work for you but I just set cork 7 and at the end tried to bring 9 around.

Word, thanks man. I think at this point it might just come down to repetition. Managed to set it to my feet with the full 900 and getting corked completely inverted, so I'm thinking just practice at this point

Make your corks less flippy. This will help you not over rotate the flip, and make it easier to bring it to 9. Once you have a less flippy cork, cork 9's are almost the same thing as cork 7's. You just do a cork seven, 180 out.

Spin a little bit faster and flip a little bit slower
All times are Eastern (-5)
