that piece is called the afd. a shop should be able to get it for you.

You might be able to just ride without it. I broke the sliding plate on one of my bindings around the middle of the season so I've just rode without it there.

Don't do this. The AFD (anti friction device) is there to allow your boot to safely release from the toe when needed. Without it you may find the toe does not release consistently which could lead to injury.

Op. Contact a Rossi dealer and they should be able to order the part and fit it for you.

Glad you found one. In the future try talking to a shop that sells FKSs. Mine broke off too and I went into my local shop and they had a spare one sitting around from an old pair and just gave it to me for free
