How do you fix this blue bar on Google Chrome?

alright first you're gonna want to run a compression test, then check the sparkplugs. if that doesn't work, unplug/plug back in. if that doesn't work, the above suggestion would work, but i'd recommend goat semen, it has more opaque qualities that will blur the blue line quite nicely
