Replying to Overshooting
Ok so i overshot a jump the other day and landed hard hard on the flat but as i was coming down, i let my legs go all limp and i landed like that. That got me thinking, when you overshoot a jump, is it better to land with your legs all limp and relaxed or actually try to brace for the impact by bending your knees? I was thinking also about how drunk drivers survive crashes more than the people the crash into because they're muscles are all relaxed cause theyre drunk.
