Are DPS spoons full rocker?

The DPS website says "single-radius underfoot rocker". Underfoot rocker suggests 100% rocker. But in the specs it says 630mm tip rocker and 440mm tail rocker which totals 1070mm (107cm) total rocker, but the skis are 190cm. Are they 100% rocker or rocker/flat/rocker or what? What do they mean by "single radius underfoot rocker"? I already emailed DPS and they didn't respond.

slight flat portion underfoot, no traditional camber.

Thanks. Why do they claim that the Spoons have rocker underfoot if they're actually flat? What does single radius rocker mean?
