Not letting me add a URL in my profile

Hi,

I've wanted to add a website on the "web page" tab, but it says invalid URL.

the url I am using is my blog http://freeski4life.blogspot.co.uk

but it says I need to use a different format. Ive tried omitting the www and the http:// but to no avail. Any ideas?

just to clarify, I can post the website address but not a URL with the [.url][/url] code
